Customer Rating: Summary: A versatile treck planner Comment: I found this book to be of a really great help in planning my trip. The book provides difficulty rating for each day of multi-day treks. There are also suggestions on how to split 5-6 days treks into shorter ones with "how-to-get-there" directions.
There are also several suggestions for trekking with kids, which was of a particular interest for me as I am planning to trek in Austrian Alps with my wife and a 3-years old kid.
