My advice to that reviewer - consider reading the instructions and adjust the mouth piece away from your mouth (not in the instructions). Initially the headset hanging on one ear was a little uncomfortable, but within days I was walking out of the office forgetting I was even wearing it. The range at the building I work is less than 100 feet, not a problem for my use.
