Free trimmer cord for life (pay postage). Customers service really sucks, but the trimmer itself can't be beat by anything out there now. I finally order a second one for my wife to use, it's so light she realyy enjoys the benefits. the cons are "customer service" i just wish that in the USA you could find someone that SPEAKS ENGLISH when you call in to get some help. I getting a little tired of all this outsourcing to other countries. But over all I like it and will get the new cordless mower from Amazon as soon as it is released. It takes Several passes over the same area to get it cut and i don't let my grass get tall at all. As a single mom, i thought this would be enough but just not quite.
