A nice easy lunch for me whenever I'm having an Indian food craving! It has a foil bag I pop in boiling water while my basmati rice finishes. I consider this fast food and serve it with a salad. Customer Rating: Summary: Fantastic Indian Meal Comment: This makes one great meal (or two). It is creamy and mildly spicy. I put it over rice (1 c. to 2 c. water) to which I add about 2 heaping tbs of Vangi Bhath powder which is a spice for rice. This kicks the spice level up a notch if you like spicy food. Or you can also eat plain or just with bread. Either way, this is a delicious, healthy, relatively low cal alternative to any other fast food out there.
