They are beautiful and have held up well to occasional dropping in our sink and drying in a metal drying rack. They make a nice presentation and are perfect for pasta and other dishes that need a bit of containment. You can serve rather large portions in them, but they look nice less-full as well because of the detail around the edge. Customer Rating: Summary: Great for Pasta And As Serving Bowls Comment: These are great for stews, pasta, stroganoff, etc. I also use these as my serving bowls for veggies, salads, potatoes.
