Editorial Reviews: Skipper Splash 'n Color Barbie Doll is a 1996 Mattel production doll, made in Malaysia. Skipper (approx 9 1/2" tall) is the sister of Barbie. Skipper wears a hot pink color bikini with gold mesh trim on the top and on the bikini bottom. Skipper's magical braid changes color in warm water. Skipper has long blond hair with sparkly streaks. Her braid is made up of 3 hair strips; 1 strip of purple, 1 strip of pink hair blended with 1 strip of blond hair to form the braid. Skipper is also wearing gold tone sun shaped earrings.
