Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Love it! Comment: This workout kicks your butt and burns mega calories. I was a "Firm" believer, but their workouts just weren't buring the calories I needed. Jackie's workout burns double the calories compared to Firm's. A 20 minute Jackie workout burns the same as a 40 minute Firm workout. The exercises are challenging yet easy to follow. In 3 weeks I have definitely seen new definition that I did not get with the Firm workouts. It's fun watching her with the other trainers. This is good for beginners or advanced. Just add more weight to increase the challenge. There were new exercises I had not seen before and I love them! I did find that I couldn't do the entire section of each focused muscle group, but that's probably because I'm not in good shape. I do 4-5 days @ 40 mins of cardio then her workout (upper one day, then a day off, then Core workout, day off then Lower workout) and I have seen amazing results everywhere in 2 weeks! Everything has toned and slimmed down and I have lost inches. I will definetly keep going with this workout. I am hoping she will come out with another workout with new moves to mix it up in the future. But for now I am fully challenged and I am very happy with the results I am seeing!
